We design and manufacture produciont test instruments as well as fully automated defect detection systems and offers a full range of support services. We also analyze and communicate the data in a form readily useable for further data analysis routines, improving your production quality levels. POSITION SUMMARY The position is responsible for control system design, programming, machine startup, customer interface and machine runoff. Requires a 2 or 4 year degree in a related field and experience in electrical design of automation and industrial equipment; PLC programming; and machine startup/debug. Pneumatic and hydraulic systems design. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS I. Electrical Design A. Designs arrangement of power linkage of conductors, relays, and other components B. Diagrams logic system for functions such as sequence and timing control C. Design interface circuitry D. Determine power and load requirements / restrictions E. Review and select appropriate components for the application F. Create, document and track delivery parts on BOM G. Startup and debug of designed electrical system. II. Programming A. Defines sequence of operations and test requirements B. Write and debug PLC code C. Program and debug HMI devices. I. Pneumatic/Hydraulic Design A. Design pneumatic control circuitry B. Diagrams logic system for functions such as sequence and timing control D. Review and select appropriate components for the application C. Create, document and track delivery parts on BOM D. Startup and debug of designed pneumatic/hydraulic system. Pay depends on experience. We will accept low as well as moderate experience levels. If you are willing to come in as a Jr. Engineer and �learn the ropes,� you are welcome to apply. Associated pay: $60K - $75K plus full benefits. Modest relocation package is also available.
